Yet again another fantastic meal, lots of food, great delivery and service Thank you

I ordered the meal at least 2 hours in advance but the delivery didn't come at the time requested. When I called I was informed that the meal was out for delivery. 10 minutes later the meal still hadn't arrived. I called again and was told it will be with me soon. A minute later Bodrum Grill called and said they hadn't received an order from me. I gave them the order number and they said no ticket had come out but my order was there. To be fair the guy said he would put my order on and deliver it himself. It arrived 20 minutes later. He apologised for the error and refunded the delivery charge. The meal was great, as usual, but I could only give 2 stars because the delivery arrived 45 minutes late.

Brilliant people .

We ordered the meal to arrive after my wife returned from her yoga class at 1930. However the food arrived 3 hours BEFORE requested time! The delivery guy apologised for his mistake and offered to return with the order later. We accepted the order and heated it up.

The chicken meat was dry a little bit,and they always forgot the paprika.

The meal was delivered very quickly & was freshly cooked & hot. The chicken burger was really tasty & the chips were really nice. Would definitely order again.
